The Magic in the Magic Wand
Success System can create an explosive growth in your organization.
We KNOW it works. Here's the story:
When Sherman and I became involved in
our very first MLM program twenty years ago, the company had a handful
of distributors, not much was happening. We became VPs of Marketing for
three Southwestern states. We also had a personal downline, part
of which was in Colorado. After one meeting Sherman conducted for our
Colorado group, a woman approached Sherman and expressed how she loved
the business but needed a track to run on. This gave Sherman the idea of creating a track for new Distributors, and he called it
the Magic Wand Success System. He asked her,If I sold you a Magic Wand and every time you waved it you would recruit a new
person into the business, would you buy one? Of course, she said. He told her that he was making an audio cassette of his presentation
and another tape explaining how best to use the Magic Wand for maximum productivity.
Colorado was the first state to be introduced
to the Magic Wand Success System. People began to pass out this tape
by the hundreds. Colorado had been last in sales in that company, and
in a few short weeks, Colorado zoomed to first place! We were amazed!
California had ten different area codes at the time, so we decided to
run a little test. We introduced the Magic Wand Product and Opportunity
tape to one of the area codes in California, but did not introduce it
in the adjoining area code. The company kept track of production by
the activity in the various area codes. We saw the same amazing growth
in that particular California area code that we saw in Colorado! The
adjoining area code did not show that huge growth spurt.
It WAS the tape that was creating this excitement and productivity.
We then made the tape available throughout the country in three years
the company went from a handful of distributors to 300,000 Distributors,
and, 100,000 of them were in OUR organization!! Powerful? Yes!
WHY DOES IT WORK?
There is an economic formula that explains
the phenomenon of how this "no brainer" system enabled us
to build a 100,000 member organization in just 36 months in our first
experience in network marketing.
This is the economic formula:
MMP = NR + HE x TOOLS
In other words (MMP) Man's Material Progress
= (NR) Natural Resources + (HE) Human Energy x TOOLS. The leverage is
in the Tools!
SPECIFIC PLAN OF ACTION
FOR IMPLEMENTING MAGIC WAND SUCCESS SYSTEM
Lets look at the worst case scenario.
The following assumes that you place, over time, 100 Magic Wand audio
tapes with an absolutely low response, that is, a rejection ratio of
90%. And, in turn, every new XanGo Team Member has the same low response,
a rejection ratio of 90% and so on through five levels deep, just to
be conservative, even though the Comp Plan pays nine levels deep.
You place/mail 100 Magic Wands, and 10%
say yes, that equals 10 Distributors on your first level.
Those 10 Distributors on your first level
place/mail 100 Magic Wands = 1000 Magic Wands placed and 10% say yes
= 100 Distributors on your second level.
Those 100 Distributors on your second
level do what you did, they place/mail 100 MWs each = 10,000 placed
and 10% say yes, that's 1,000 Distributors on your third level.
Those 1,000 Distributors on your 3rd
level each place/mail 100 MWs = 100,000 MWs, and 10% say yes = 10,000
Distributors on your 4th level.
The 10,000 Distributors on your fourth
level each place/mail 100 MWs = 1,000,000 MWs and 10% say yes = 100,000
MW on your 5th level.
Total Distributors: 111,110 through five
levels
The average Distributor purchases 1.5
cases of product on autoship, that is $150 of volume with a minimal
pay out of 5% = $7.50 per month per Distributor.
In this illustration that would mean
the following income: 111,110 X $7.50 = $833,325 per month
Now, of course those are some pretty
spectacular numbers. Therefore, let's whack those numbers by another
90%, you'd still be looking at monthly income of $83,325 in terms of
your 9 level deep uni-level, dynamically compressed. On top of this,
of course, you'd have a huge slice of the Quarterly Global Bonus Pool!
In the real world, however, will such
beautiful lock step mathematical models work out so perfectly? The answer
is, no. Inevitably someone drops the ball and the theoretical compounding
does not always take place. Nonetheless a percentage of this model will
unfold over time. What if it took five years to reach the level of income
referred to above, would it be worth the effort? You be the judge!
What if your response was greater than the scenario just presented?
